Balance your life So you can Balance your business

One of the biggest mistakes people make when trying to achieve financial freedom is not paying themselves first.  Always pay yourself first.  If you do so and cannot afford certain bills that will show you that you need to cut certain things back.  This will allow you to keep you life simple and enjoy the life you are living.  If all you do is pay your bill without putting something to the side for yourself you can rest assured that this will be the trend for years to come

Win the lottery!!!

If your goal is to be financially free then you need to start working at it.  Im sure this will be my most viewed post because of the title.  That should tell you something.  Even so called over-night success companies took quite a bit of planning to execute their strategies and achieve the level of success that they did.  Build your foundation if you want to be in control of your destiny.  This does not mean that you have to work hard your whole lif
e, plan your business and structure it so you can work smart.  Take the time to map out your gameplan and stick to the steps that you have laid out.

This Is Chess, Not Checkers......All your actions will cause an eventual reaction

Be aware and cognizant of all of your actions in relation to your business and personal life.   When things are not going right in business I have seen many business owners (including myself) make some very questionable decisions with the hope that no one would ever find out and it would never come back to bite them.  This couldn't be further from the truth, as soon as you stray from your business plan trying to find a quick fix to an existing problem you have started down a road that will lead to an unfavorable end.  Being able to adapt is a quality that every business owner needs to have, but adapting while compromising your morals and ethics are signs of a desperate owner who feels like they are out of options.  Take a step back, take a breath and trust your business.  Do not drowned with your business.  Try your best to save it but in order to even be in a situation to save it you must save yourself.  Be honest with yourself and your staff, sometimes it's just time to live and fight another day.
